I think The Ductch will win the tournament, I really fancie their chances, they have brilliant players. As for Belgium, they have had a few great results lately, such as 3-1 over Italy, but as Belgium comes into the tournament with high expectations, they will fail, depends on the group, I don't really see them reaching the quater-final stage.
As for Holland, they might have boring draws now, but by the time Euro 2000 matches come, they'll be great I think, just like WC 98 or even better.
