Difficult as any punishment should,in a perfect world, be administered on the pitch but i think fifa are right as they need to do as much to stop cheating as the can because it is ruining the game. I notice the `king` of scoring with his hand Maradonna backed Ruel though lol

fifa should definitely develop a replay system, the ref's make so many bad calls

Either have replays or not..........Fifa should stop trying to overule ref decisions.......86 World Cup Maradona wasn't fined or suspended! Why suspend Raul???
