Is it possible to make several installations of PES 4, so you can have different 'super-patches' available at the same time? I don't want to make a second installation before knowing that it won't create some sort of conflict.

...and another thing: if you can make multiple installations, how do you do it? I notice the installer program only gives you the option to uninstall if it detects an existing installation.

Just copy everything in your pes4 folder to a new folder. Then start regedit and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KONAMI\PES4 then rightclick the pes4 folder to the left and export it somewhere.

Then edit the installdir key to the right in regedit so it points to the other pes4 folder, then rightclick the pes4 folder to the left again and export it.

Now you just have to doubleclick and import the .reg file of the pes4 install you want to play before you start it.
