I thought Euro 2000 was pretty good on the whole, it was realistic and had good graphics (which is pretty amazing for EA!No offence though). I thought:

1. It had very releastic graphics, although the player's faces were a little bit strange, and they didn't seem to have any knees. The players were more muscular and round though, unlike the skinny Fifa 2000 players.

2. They slowed down the game well, there are far less goals on professional then there were in previous games. There could be one or two more goals though.

3. The injuries and managment in your team was much more detailed.

4. Player animation was better.

Does anyone else think that Fifa 2001 should be more like Euro 2000 and less like Fifa 2000?

I thought Euro 2000 compared to Fifa 2000 was a huge improvement. I wonder why Portugal was in Euro 2000 and not in Fifa 2000, or Fifa 2001. the faces were ugly , gameplay as usual sucked, but graphics wise, it was awesome. I still prefer UEFA Champions Leaugue 99/00 for PC

Euro2000? Gameplay just like Fifa2000 so...
IT SUCKS!!! Since WC98,fifa can't do a footie game that deserves to be purchased, why can't they look at other games and improve theirs??!?! ISS rulez!!It has gameplay, miles ahead from fifa games, and still the graphics altough a bit worst than fifa it still rulez more!

FIFA pay attention to ISS and do a game more alike it or else, say goodbye to thousands of purchasers...

fifa 2001 was the best from all. but it was not a perfect soccer game. it needs more action front of the goal, like hiting the crossbar or the ball comes back from the goaly like having rebounds.

I think EURO 2000 is the best of all EA releases. It really started to show the evolution of the game. Through and slip passes were harder, the defence played tougher and there seemed to be more ways to score and more variety around the net - goalie tip the ball and it stil goes in, etc. My two biggest complaints were:

- scoring off bicycles from free kicks much too easy

- players face rendering made them look like demons

But, in all, I think it showed a great deal of promise. Toughen the bicycle kicks, spread the pitch out, better off-the-ball player movement and kill the 360 spin, and I think you have a near perfect football game. Let's hope that game is FIFA 2001.

Certainly Euro 2000 is much better play than Fifa 2000 but then Fifa 99 is still the best among all..It is because Fifa99 gameplay is a much tougher compares to euro and fifa 2000...In fifa 2000 playing at a world class is like playing a professional class in fifa 99..which u can easily scored a tons of goals

fifa 2000 was very fast, i think they should make the game speed slower so it will aact like a real futbol game. and also make the field little bigger in size. i mean if my player has the ball and there is no way that i can pass the ball to whom i want to. all i can do is pass it to the forward. like i would like to pass from right to left than back to defence and open up the game little. fifa 2001 defenetly needs a hand ball. more realistic offsides. the players are very fast and thats wath is screwing up the whole game.

I started using FIFA 99 again three days ago (on Pro skill level) after not using it sinse FIFA 2000 came out and I'm already beating teams like Arsenal and Rangers 8-0, with the opposition never getting more than two shots on goal, but when I use FIFA 2000 on Pro I can only win by 3 goals max (v Arsenal and Rangers) and on World Class I score double what I did on Pro, but let in 3-4 goals per game. Wierd eh? Does this happen with any one else?
