It was bound to happen... my previous thread was carried over from UEFA CL to Fifa 2005, but 49000 views and several boots later, it's about time for a new thread. So, without further ado, here is a 'new classic' for you - my Adidas Predator Pulse X-TRX SG Black Red. There are a few adjustments that you may note particularly with the soles of my new boots that is due thanks to Alex (Sundsvall) who sent me the O file I needed to preview my boots in Oedit. If you guys are good, I will post my template that is Oedit revised...

Please note that my Fifa 05 boots are compatible, so there is no need really to remake most of my boots for the new game.

@ nanny - there is a "Search" button that might come in handy there... but the short version is to download the zips that I posted earlier in the thread, download (if you do not already have them) bigGui and fshtool. Use bigGui to import the fsh files found in the zips to zdata01.big and rebuild. Use fshtool to break down the fsh files found in the zips and replace t he images as you like, recompile the fsh files and import as described above. For more details, use the search button, as all this has been discussed at length already, many times.

The fsh files I posted here were meant for the demo, and I do not have the full game yet to to be able to say with any certainty... however, if you replaced the fsh files in whichever zdata file they are in and then rebuilt the fifa.fat file you should be fine... I would suggest that you use another version of fatGui, if you don't have the latest one.

There is a utility at FifaX (http://www.fifax.net) called "06 Utilities Working 2.0" made by the inimitable MonkeyDragon that imports pretty much everything you'd want into your Fifa... (except Jessica Alba, but maybe that's just me... :hump: ) including boots! So you might want to pop on over and get this handy all-in-wonder and import my remade Nike Air Legend SG-E Black White boots.

Tell me more about the "skewed" look, and which boots I've made that appear that way... and for crashing after subs, that is a known bug... you might want to run the fatbh builder from Soccer Access (http://www.socceraccess.com) , as I understand that MonkeyDragon's util uses fifafs to regenerate the fat/bh files... but fifafs has a problem with Fifa 06, I hear - so import stuff with 06 Utilities Working 2.0 then run fatbh. Let me know if it works.

The graphics look quite sloppy when you look at the boots in the edit player menu, they are a little better in the game but the ones that seem to be having the most problem are the models from 05 that I was using.

Is there any difference between the two boot models? I haven't noticed one but I would assume you will know more about them.

I have noticed that both the le coq and Puma boots you have made in this thread look much smoother than the others that were from last year's game.

Do you think if I used the Fat builder that comes with the kit raptor it may get rid of some of the crashing problems I've been having?

Fat Builder should help, because it was rebuilt for Fifa 06...
as to the boots, all those that I've made for 06 were made using a modified template based on the actual 3D model... those I made in the 05 thread were based on the boot template extracted from the game, which did not show certain aspects clearly.

*I use EA Graph/Fshtool so I can know what boots are installed... then I run Fatbh builder and I have virtually no problems.

@ Beck23ham & Mikas99 - In order for me to make the quality of boots that I like to make, I need more views of the boots I do than are available of the Adidas Lunar. If I can find more pics, I may do them - if not, not.

Boot Raptor 2006 will be released soon at www.socceraccess.com and apparently will be featuring some boots made by an un-named, but very talented bootmaker... as the screenshot (http://screenshots.socceraccess.com/picture.php?cat=346&image_id=4472) will show.

Finally boot raptor i will stop using utilties working now because i couldn't import to boot 6 or 7 and you had to edit the boot for the player in the game. I just hope that it works and that it doesn't make my game crash.

friends... i found out that we can actually assign up to 16 boots all together to players... hence... i have boot 1 to 16 & -1 (ref) in my fifa
i assigned the 15th & 16th boot to the players thru editing the access files using unidb
i hope that whoever that comes up with the boot raptor & any db editor would incorporate the function to assign boot # 15 & 16 to the players as well...

btw... i was wondering if it's possible to assign boots to individual players more than the allowed 16? i mean like i have assigned the max of 16 boots but still wants some other boots to specific players who doesnt/rarely share boots with others?
i have tried by adding more boots to the zdatas like boot # 17 & so on... but they dont work!
the only way i can think of is to attach/link the .o files of the boots to the .o files of the head
then... maybe extend the fsh files of the faces by incorporating the boots fsh files there too!

just a thought!!! me no expert in all these!!!

I didn't get boot 16 working, but I mentioned the possibility of increasing the number of boots to Ariel, and he must've checked it out - because as the screenshot shows, he has 16 boots as being selectable! That'd be great, to have 16 boots + the Ref... thanks, Eurique!

When exactly is BR out Kev?

Firstly, the BR would allow you to assign boots to a particular player by importing the boot of your choice to a boot # and then you assign that boot # to the player of your choice - that would be a db edit...

Secondly, the fact that this is the first SS of the BR suggests that there is a bit more work left to be done on it... but it can't be a lot different to the BR05, so I'd think it will be out soon... but I don't know when exactly.

Boot Raptor V1.1 is now available at Soccer Access (http://www.socceraccess.com). It boasts a whopping 150 boots, of which I submitted 40 to Ariel. Apparently though, fans of mine have submitted another 60 of my boots either as they were originally done, or inverted in Photoshop, or in some cases with alternate soles.

I recall making it plain that any further 'redistribution' of my boots under somebody else's name will result in my ceasing to display my boots in this or any other forum, so that is that. Thank you all for your kind comments when they were warranted, and hopefully some other bootmaker will take up the slack where I now leave off.

I haven't decided if I'll share them anymore. The possibility exists, but I'm totally PO'd atm. I get the feeling that most of the people who muck around with my boots and pass them off as their own, are those who visit my thread anonymously and don't even leave a comment to say 'well done' or even 'thanks', but to deny them is to deny you guys who have always made me feel appreciated. Its very unfortunate that u've been cheated but i support if u say u've had enuff. Sometime u just have to take a stance for people to realize u've had enuff. If you decide to leave I can fully understand that, it's not the same but I have seen a few websites with my ss on their homepage. They didn't even bother to get rid of the 'silencer' sig "idiots". I just let it go and go on doing with what I do best making ss ;) Again I say stuff them and do what YOU do best and that's making BOOTS as the best I know. Take a break for now and calm down..think about it and then make a choice for yourself. Sure there are ppl stealing kits from kitmakers and boots from bootmakers cause they can't do sh*t themselves...kind of pathetic really if you think about it.

Thank you, but i dont want create a boot. I try to add individual boots for some player's. When i set in shoecolor id 17,18,19.. and convert .mdb to .db, nothing happened. So I think may be i must some .o file in game.
