I don't recall how it has been in previous years, but I do know it takes about 2 weeks to print games after they have gone gold, meaning there is still 2 weeks to iron out some gameplay flaws before the printing starts. Do any of you think this will happen?

I've never seen a game change like that from the demo to the final version (unless the demo really is a beta or something)

There are always better and different from the demo, a demo it's a demo and not contains all the cinematics for example, also the graphics are not tuned like in full game not to mention the options...

Yeah, well of course. But those are things that's already there, they just picked them out of the demo.

I say it again , I was told time and time again EA DON'T issue BETA !!

The game you are now playing is a demonstration of FIFA2006 (if you will a piece of the game code lifted out of the game for you to play) ! What you see is what you'll get !

I'm not worried about that cause i love the demo, full game have more animations and teams, and options... plus more things that will make the game even more enjoyable, here you just get 5 teams and one half. And one thing you're wrong, previous FIFA's demos were always worst in smoothness and graphics than the final version so probably we'll see the same but like i said in other topics i get perfect smoothness with render_every_ai_frame command. :rockman:

Well, at least the poll is significant, i'm loving to see so many posts in the forums, it means people really care about the game this year. :lui:

I'm not sure, I think they may iron out some errors, but I wouldn't know. :p

Personally, I would like to see the final version have the ball physics fine tuned and the power meter for through balls like in 2005...apart from that it plays pretty well

Little updates like kits and graphics tweaks.

No major gameplay updates though.

Ofcourse its better ! Last year was same thing, 2005 demo looks like crap to compare with 2004 full version. This year will be same thing. 2006 is superb !

THE GAME HAS MANY SEVERAL BUGSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
I HOPE TO FIX THEM
1) The the defenders are very fast, every time i am going alone to score the defenders that are back from me always are reaching me. (even i have giggs)

2)the opponents try to score always with long pass from the corner side and then with header

3)when the player run can't turn right or left a lot

4)the gameplay has gone very quick

5)its so difficult to tribble (even have ronaldinio)

6)many many posts in shots

if they will not fix them i will not buy it

That's the proof EA do release beta software...
Extract from Fifa manager 06 demo.
