Step 9 doesn't work for me, the 'tools' option is greyed out.

Seems as if the file isn't on the server anymore?! Maybe someone could upload it onto another one? Maybe a free one as Rapidshare (http://www.rapidshare.de/) (no registration, free, upto 50MB, no limits)!

Their is a definate improvement in quality I tested it on my Milan kit and quality on the sleeves was greatly improved.
