I must say that I’m really enjoying the demo. I think it’s much improved from last yet.
Sorry if these qs have been posted before but I couldn't find the answers.
Free passing
I have a Logitech gamepad.
How do I pass the ball freely along the ground in any direction I choose (i.e., not necessarily the computer controlled direction of a team mate)?
These passes were great as the user could play the ball into space and with a weight of pass that the user selected. These were passes the computer would not have made.
In 2005 it was the top left shoulder key and the short pass button.
8-way pad
I assume that the 8-way pad is for changing formations.
What are the abbreviations stand for?
