well I think it's abit of both
Germany are crap since E2000
and england have gotten better since last year

well... after seeing England today against Latvia...

though they got very good players

Albania have improved alot as a team they only lost to Germany in the last minute in Germany and England have put the most goals (5) past em in qualifying over the two games.

anyway, that's the proof of a good team, when they have to be up for a challenge they are (v gers)
