The best striker in the world today would probably be.........Clint Mathis from the US national team. Call me crazy but in a few years, he will become an international superstar!

I am not crazy. American strikers are very underrated. You should watch him play. He is simply brilliant.

Yo jr, Clint is an excellent player. I've seen him in action a few times and he has impressed me. However, if I were you I wouldn't go boasting that he is the best striker. Why, because europeans have not seen him in action and they know he is American and they know that the US was 32nd out of 32 teams in the last WC.

What they don't know is that this is a different team. Players like Moore, Reyna, Mathis, Jones, Arnas, Agoos, Wolf etc etc. This is definitely a different side (I think Agoos and Jones are the only ones that went to the last WC). But if the US make it to the round of 16 this WC, I wouldn't be suprised. People judge the team on how they did last WC, that is an advantage for the US, to be underestimated. That's how upsets occur.

Portugal wasn´t on the last WC and still is much better than many teams who were there, better than USA for instance!
U wanna talk about strikers? Watch Vieri, Schevchenko, Raul, Batistuta, Inzaghi, Kluivert, etc, these are actually excellent strikers, not those fancy little players of the american league! :eek:
