this also happeend with the demo and after a few tries i just gave up on it, anyways my problem is that when i start the game up and it asks for example at start up what language u want it wont stop moving like it jsut keeps flipping thru languages i can't make it stop when i know english is coming up next i have th urry up and hit enter, same things when i go to play a game teams just go and go and go and there is no way from making it stop, and there is no way of playing cause i can't get by this screen as the game can't read what team i want to be cause it wont stop changing it ...

i have a 2.4ghz computer , windows xp sp2 , lots of hd space, 512mb ram or more.... and radeon 9600xt video card.... i have also tired unplugging keyboard , mouse ,and controller and restarting pc after installation...

i'm really confused guys, this is the first game ever to do this to me..

Wait for EA to come with a patch that solves this HUGE bug. We are so many that have this problem.... USB cordless mouse and keyboard drivers conflicts with fifa06... HUGE BUMMER!!! Dont they test their software anymore???

Untill the patch we hope for is released you can do this to help:
In the device manager you can disabe the HID things... It helped me.. :sun:

Yeah 06 hates my Saitek keyboard. Unplug your usb keyboard(or other usb device 06 doesnt like) and it should run fine.

None of my logitech stuff (2 mice, 2 gamepads, cordless joystick) had any problems with the demo, my USB remote for my TV tuner card was the problem, disabling that fixed the scrolling problem for me in the demo

I have this problem too but it´s not my only problem.
The game is so slow in my computer and i have 1024ram and radeon 9550.
Maybe this problem is related with the keyboard porblem because i test the game in notebook with a ati 9600 and fifa works very well.
What do you think?

Just some feedback for you, I am playing the game with a Radeon 9550 as well, and I don't seem to have any problems other than terrible lag in online play (if I can connect to another player at all). So I don't think it's the video card giving you trouble. I hope you get it worked out, though.

my cpu has 1.9ghz.
I tested the game in other pc (this time a portable pc) with 1.8ghz and the game worked very well.
