FifaEngland-James, was that post designed to offend me and the other 9 non-OF clubs in the SPL???

sure our clubs are certainly not the best, but sellik and the blue nuns need the SPL more than the SPL needs them.

nah soz it wasn't

but iam abit annoyed at the idea of 2 scotish teams coming down south to play in a different league i think they should stick to there own league

because if the 2 teams do come down here then 2 english teams will have 2 drop down a division for them

any this my mean thats hearts can win the league play champ league football then you will want to bloody come down here aswell then

The Old Firm wants to play in England, but every football association, Scottish FA, English FA, FIFA, UEFA, won't let them do it. Your Bhoys will be in Scotland for ever.

Even though is does get old seeing the same two teams battle for the title every year I don't think it's a good idea for Celtic & Rangers to runaway from their own league... the problem needs to be fixed by providing more financial support and a structure for the other clubs, particularly the small ones...so they can get players and be more competitive. That would make things mre interesting and There has to be a counter balance of some sort to the wealth and power of the Old Firm clubs or things willl never change. Some change may be on the horizon though... I just watched Livingston hold Celtic to 0-0 draw and Hibernian draw Rangers 3-3... encouraging results for a more challenging and balanced season.
