with UniDB 4.0 from fifaecp.com i've made some modifications in the fifa.db file like some transfers of players that are in the DB only on his national teams so you couldn't make the transfers in the game.
transfers made:
Karagounis to Benfica
Hugo Viana to Valencia
Lizstes to M'gladbach
Nuno Valente to Everton
(other missing players like Van der Meyde or Couto aren't in the DB)
note that the 4 players has their correct shirt number but are in the reserves, so you have to put them on the line ups in the squads menu
i put the players name on the back of some teams that don't have it like Birmingham. and i corrected some stadium generic assignments on the portuguese league, Nacional for example.

PS: you have to start a new career and reset the squads. if you want to continue your current career don't copy this fifa.db because it will corrupt the career and the transfers made in game.
