hi all, have been impressed with the new fifa game, very much a PES boy. In to the PES modding but have no idea what to expect from FIFA, I mean it has all the right kits etc, so why do people make the same kits? are they better quality? With PES there is a program called kitserver, where a hot key will switch through various bitmaps in a folder to select special/retro kits without too much hassle. What is there in the world of FIFA modding? dont know any of the programs, main patches so any welcoming info would be great.
hope its not too much to ask

Soccer Access and such releases prgrams every year to allow you to import stuff into your game. mostly you just import the bmp. kits in fifa suck, they are originally 1GK, which means they are very blurry. kit makers make 2GK which are more sharp, and can be seen from a distance. Boot raptor allows you to import 8 or so boots, asnd assign those 8 boots throughout the players. Stadiums in fifa06 will probably be able to import as many as you like. worst case scenario is that you can import 1 stadium at a time, replaceing another. in fifa04 we replaced Delle Alpi. for balls there is Ball Revolution, and it is great. BUT, all these things may cause your game to crash. FATBH Builder can help you out some, but there still may be problems. get used to losing seasons halfway through the 15 years because some stupid kit you imported or ball you imported cause the game to crash, and you didnt back up your game or file.
