just back in from Hampden where i feel a draw was probably a fair result today.::sigh:: i think we're going to regret not winning and leaves us no choice but to go for it in belgium.i go on tuesday morning and return thursday evening and hope to have come back with a big smile on my face.great to see the Irish throughbut sad to see 1 of football's giants not through to Japan.

I'm not very confident about Belgium-Scotland of wednesday. In or last friendly we played terrible and got beaten by an average team like Finland 4-1!
Not only are we missing our most important defender (Joos Valgaeren), we will also be missing our most important attacker (Emile Mpenza). And if this isn't wors enough today our A-team lost to our B-team on training. Well see you wednesday, and may the best team win... ;) (though i hope it's Belgium)

mpenza is not a great loss, cause he sucks, like the belgian team, they should bring de bilde back :mad:

yeah i think big Joos is an exclellent defender(that's coming from someone who hates celtic)though Finland with the players they have can play some great stuff

and yeah Dragan i was at the game. for the first half hour Croatia were excellent and showed that they are a quality side but after that the game evened up and overall i think a draw was fair.Your boys did dive a few times though ;)

i hope Robert Vaseige puts that De Wilde goalie on :D :D ;) j/k
