someone asked me to place this question here, we cant figure out what the problem is, maybe someone can help out.

he tried to run fatbuilder and fatgui, resaving the kit in 768x768x24, reinstalling fifa06, importing in fsh, importing with eagraph,using the Raptor and the Kit Working.. and still nothing.when he tries to import the kits the kits appear grey.

Have you tryed the kitraptor from socceraccess?
with this kitraptor and the new fatbh builder from socceraccess it shoud work 100%
i have tryed most of the raptors and builders and this are the ones that work perfect, there has not been a single crash or eny graphic bugs after using this tools!

yes, and he can import kits but only in 1gk

Maybe it depends on your GFX Card ;)
