I downloaded the editor from the link in the downloads thread, and then tried to install it. it downloaded the first file properly but the second file i got this message:

Setup has detected that the file 'C:\DOCUME~1\SENDEN~1.000\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSDBEA.tmp \DotNetFX\WindowsInstaller-KB884016-v2-x86.exe' has changed since it was initially published.

Can anyone help me out?

problem fixed, had to download something from a site in the readme! pretty disappointing editor tho :(
