I got LMA pro 2005 and wanted to know how to enter and use bonus codes I have one but cant get it to work

From the bonus code email we send out:

Simply enter the code below in the 'Enter Name' section of LMA Professional Manager 2005 when starting a new game, then activate or deactivate them by selecting 'yes' or 'no' in the 'Bonus Codes' area of the 'Options' section.

I wrote that text so I think it's correct - it was a year ago though!

The survey was conducted electronically, with a letter of invitation including a link to the survey sent to 2,625 individuals in the legal marketing. There were 449 respondents, almost entirely LMA members. The size of the law firms represented in the survey varied from fewer than 50 lawyers to more than 1,000.
