FifaX Anti-Slowmotion Patch 06 (http://www.fifa2006.ru/downloads/1288/) (260 Kb) - Small patch, which allows you to play FIFA 06 via Lan or Internet without slowmotion (no lagging)!

Post your comments. It greatly works for me, there're no lags during the Online games! :)

is it just the usual render_every_ai_frame change in the 3 config files, or is it something else?

Don't know. But it really helps me and has already helped many others!

no paranoia, I just like to know what the patch does - if it was the same effort as many previous patches, there would be no need for me to get this one.... :)

- this patch puts it in a situation.ini file, but not sure it works at all - can't really feel much difference. Do you know, if it makes any difference to put it in cfg_m.ini or locale.ini ?

I've just done some quick testing of this setting in a locale.ini file, and it does make a difference.
RENDER_RATE_MODE =
0 - feels like default
1 - feels like default
2 - a bit slower, but less choppy
3 - even slower, even less choppy
4 - feels like default

seems to me like valid values are 1,2,3 and anything else is treated as the default 1.
