Update: version 2, 01/01/06

ATTENTION! Is STRONGLY suggested that you install this kit addon together with CEP (career expansion pack): both these expansion DOES NOT alter the structure of your fifa. You can find CEP here:

http://www.soccergaming.tv/showthread.php?t=129158

(download at bottom of the post)

Thanks to a discovery done by me on .big files management I realized this kits-addon containing all the best kits from soccergaming.tv and fifasweden.tk.
This simple installation procedure I hope will help realizing a great kits add on gathering all the best efforts in improving Fifa 2006 quality.
All the kitmakers that want join this project are welcome and can contact me privately or write on this thread.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Just download the big file, and rename it with the number that comes after your last zdata big file (if you haven't any expansion patch this is usally zdata_30.big). Then execute fatbhbuilder.exe (included in the patch)

For example:

if your last zdata file is zdata_30.big then rename the zdata_XY or zdata_XX to zdata_31. Then exe the fatbhbuilder.

If you have problems viewing new kits ingame just open Filemaster and navigate (without doing anything) in last zdata created by the patch, then regenerate inside File Master before doing fatbhbuilder. If you still have problems try installing OckHAM CEP first (http://fifaock.altervista.org).

Technical discovery about this procedure can be found here:

http://www.soccergaming.tv/showthread.php?t=129365

I have to thank Curswine and Sundswall for partecipating on this project: the second part of this patch contains their kits and is distributed on www.fifasweden.tk so we can help their site to growth too.

Sorry everyone for my poor english. Suggestions and help welcome. The kits included in this add-on are the following:

This way of doing at fifa sweden sucks...
You have a download center there, why don't you use it ?????
Why do we have to post a message in the forum in order to get the download link ?
What will be the next step ? Will we have to pay to download ?
Now I know that my decision not to make anymore roster patches was the correct one. Why should I contribute to a community whose rules seem to be protectionnism ?

Curswine and Sundsvall are kitmakers of fifasweden.tk. Fifasweden wants to grow, they ask you to become (for free) a member of their community: you are not forced to download their kits, if you want them you can do it registering to fifasweden, if not you are not forced to do it, just download the first part :)

I disagree too this methodology because it's not really "open", but doesn't seem a great problem anyway. Curswine and Sundsvall agreed anyway to share their works, it's not so important the where, or not?

Sundsvall

take it or leave it.we are a small community, and need more active members, when we have,im sure this system will be gone...its up to you if you whant it,sorry mate

You both should read what I've written ...
I am a registered member at fifa sweden. What nerves me , is that they have a download center that they don't use
To download you have to go to the forums and write any bla bla bla and you get the hidden link and that's is not ok

does it matter if the download centre is in the forum or not?

Oh cmon stop with this polemic, who cares where do you have to download the second half of the add-on? No one is impressed here by the technical achievement of adding 100+ kits just with a single mouse doubleclick? Does someone understand that this is something absolutely new and you can play a fresh Fifa 2006 with improved graphics so easily as to download a file? If we just enjoy our game and try to join the effort of making a great kits add-on we will be able to gather in a single expansion all the best creations for this year wonderful version of Fifa.

Ok. This sounds great.

Can you explain it to me a little better? Reason why is I am doing all my addon and editing work with FIFA 2006 for the PS2.

I have all the files on my hard drive and they look just like the PC version. I can add gameplay patches and use unidb, biggui, etc.

I have not tried to add a team yet.

Is that what this will do? If I add these in as a zdata and then run fatbuilder I will then have Holland, Ukraine, etc as selectable teams? Are these just kits? Do I need to manually enter the players in the FIFA.DB?

The Kits addon will change this week in another greatest and most ambitious project: a simple exe installer that adds all the new kits to the game with a simple mouse click. Addon will grow wider because it will include kits from other fifa communities too. Kits addon will be suited for a CEP installation (www.fifa-mra.com/CEP).

Stay tuned for news.
