why cant u purchase players with ratings over 90.. every time i try 2 purchase them it always says dat my club is not prestiguise enuff even wen wen im using a team like chelsea.. or sometimes it says da other teams roster doesnt have enuff players 2 make dat move.. is there any way i can solve dis problem and get da players i want??/ pllzz and thank u
