I know that EA said that alle the 127 teams are going to be fully licensed but take a look at the box shots...

The american cover stars have their official national kits,.. but Arjen Robben on the dutch box hasn't...

Is that why he's screaming ?

Seriously, pic has some blur effect and you can't actually tell if the kit is the official one. And besides, might be different when it hit the shelves.
I've seen official Dutch kit on pics so I can't see how they wouldn't be licensed.

That picture does look a little suspicious, but i think chances are they will be licensed... but no certainty yet.

Dutch players are fully licensed and I hope this goes for Fifa07 as well in the fall.
The kits on the cover for USA and Mexico are OLD kits btw, both teams are playing in new kits for the WC like all the teams have new kits.
Dutch kit is simply orange with a polo-collar (old style), Im sure EA will implement that kit once it hits the shelves.

Can anyone then give me 1 good reason why EA would even take the time to cover up the normal dutch kit.

Why shouldn't they just leave the picture as it was.

My guess is that this photo was take before the dutch kit for the world cup was released, but they knew it would be plain orange so they just gave Robben an orange shirt.

My wrong. It wasn't rtwc but it wasn't the Dutch team either, got it wrong sorry. But if they are done in rtwc which is practically a wc pre-release, I can't find any reason they'll change it.

They couldn't have payed for licensing for half the game (rtwc) and think twice for the full game which will obviously sell more and be released in more formats.

Mattwinter's assumption is what I had in mind also.

I don't like anyone of those, the generic one looks better IMO ... very classic and has the World Cup style :rockman:

have to agree with that, I'm happy Australia has the generic one, the beauty of the world cup is in the diversity of teams, not just your own team.

yeah i lyk the diversity with all the different flags, just having a player looks a bit wierd
