That song is Aloha (Wari Boom) by Polinesia. There a techno/dance group from Spain, so it's appropraite for Germany where techno and dance music is incredibly popular.

uhhh cant say i lyk that song at all, imo i thought that world cup should have music b4 games n stuff lyk in fifa 2002 world cup, brings in alot more atmosphere i recon
