My Problem is:
When I Want to Install This game, It Write This:

I'm Updated VGA driver, all the Drivers, Directx Redist for all.....
What Is The Problem? Help me Please!...:(

are you really sure you installed the latest directX as it stood? try to install it again...

I have installed...

I have exactly the same problem.
I installed the DirectX both from DVD and website.

Any help ?

Mates, I want anyone having this problem to do the following:

1. Hit "Start" then hit "RUN".
2. Type "dxdiag" in the text box. Now hit "OK".
3. A window titled "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" will appear.
4. At the "System" tab (Which is the first thing that appears), in the last line it says: "DirectX Version:".
5. Check the version and make sure it says: "DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)"

If the name of the version is different than what I've mentioned then go immediately to the "Windows Update page" and check for system updates. (Don't worry the system will automatically check and then install the updates)

If the version is exactly the same as I've mentioned and the game is still NOT working then please do the following:

1. In the same window "DirectX Diagnostic Tool", there is a button in bottom of the window that says "Save All Information". Hit it.
2. Give any name you want and save it any place you want, but remember the place.
3. Now log in into this forum, and attach the saved text file with your reply.

This last process will help me or anyone who understands in PC's to solve your problem in a much clearer way. :)

Here is the fix:

1. Hit "Start" then hit "RUN".
2. Type "regedit" in the text box. Now hit "OK".
3. A window titled "Registry Editor" will appear.
4. On the left panel, go up to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" and click the "+" sign on its left.
5. Go down and click on "Software", then "Microsoft", then "DirectX".

When you click on "DirectX" folder, 3 values will appear on the right panel. You need to check the "Version" value. Make sure that it says "4.09.0000.0904".

In your case I believe that the "Version" value is not the right one so what you have to do is to:

a. Right click on "Version".
b. Chose "Modify".
c. A box will come up with 2 text boxes, I need you to copy this number: 4.09.0000.0904
and then paste it inside the box that says "Value data" (Make sure to erase whatever was inside that box).
d. Hit the "OK" button, then close the "Registry Editor".

Now, try installing the game, it will work for sure. :)
