My teams fitness never reach more than 80. Reaching 90s is a dream. I dont know what the hell am i supposed to do :rolleyes: . Does ne body know ne good training schedules to improve team's fitness. I am Playing with the ac milan

Well i am playing in a much lower league and my fitness is allways around 95. I start a season with a training camp. Chose the one that gives u Fitness points. Like St.Moritz. Make a preseason training Fitness based, cut down individual and tactic training and increase fitness training u should get it up to 90 this way for sure.

The better way to raise team fitness is putting the UNFIT players on the matches...
If you have luck, find some opponents for FRIENDLY matches and put all the unfited to play. If you dont find any opponents for FRIENDLYs ( :nape: much common in the game,,,) put one of them in second half if you are winning the game.

I thought that playing matches with unfit players would be enough for improve the fitness of the team...
but right now im having problems with 5 or 7 players who never get fit... I have separeted them in the group 2 (training session) and choose Fitness (heavy) instead the normal shedule... its working till now... :rockman:
