I recently used a self-installer to install some faces on Fifa 06 but instead of choosing the Main Fifa Folder "C:/Program Files/EA Sports/Fifa 06", I chose a temporary folder "C:/My Documents/fifatempfolder" that I created. I did this so that I could manually install the faces into the zdata. The installation of the faces went fine. However, the next time that I opened CreationCentre, the program loaded, and then nothing. No list of leagues on the left, nothing. I hit the save button in CC, and it gave me a message- (Could not find a part of the path " C:/My Documents/fifatempfolder "). So obviously, the self-installer of the faces changed the filepath on my Creation Centre. I need to correct the file path for the Creation Centre to the correct one. Does anyone know how to change the filepath?? Please Help. I use Creation Centre alot.

Only two options under CC06 options (Choose export folder and language) What I need to fix is the filepath that the CC06 program uses to work on FIFA06. (i.e. C:\Program Files\EA SPORTS\FIFA 06\Data\cmn\fifa.db) I have already unistalled and reinstalled CC06. Didn't change anything. So the problem is not in the Creation Center installation or in the FIFA directory. it must be a configuration changed elsewhere........anyone know anything? Please help.

Ok, I have uninstalled and re-installed Microsoft .NET Framework, Creation Center and installed a completely fresh FIFA 06 (i made a back-up of my good copy first.), just to test my theory that the problem was somewhere else and I am right. The problem still exist. If I move my fifa.db into the folder that it has in the filepath(C:\My Documents\fifatempfolder) then I can see the database and work on it but I cant see the Graphic Files in the zdata, the menu items in the gui folder or anything, and I can't edit any of the graphics in the game using CC. In this way my CC is now similiar to to DBmaster. I want my CC back to normal!! I use it to preview all my graphics so I know what I have or have not installed. I need help, please. Surely someone knows where the problem is.......

My best bet is that the filepath is messed up in the windows register, try regedit32.exe and locate it in the register, take a backup first!

Hey William, i appreciate your help, man, but I checked out everything that I could in the registry, I could not find or fix the problem. I guess I will have to do without the CC <resigned sigh>. If anyone gets a chance to check out this thread and has any ideas, feel free to post them. Here are some screen shots to help would-be-helpers understand and visualize the problem.

then I get this error message with the one "\" missing......

NOTE: IF I MOVE MY fifa.db FILE INTO THAT FILEPATH THEN CC WORKS FINE AS A DATABASE EDITOR.....SO THE PROGRAM ITSELF IS FINE, THE FILEPATH IS THE ONLY PROBLEM.

I had the exact same problem of CC showing up blank and not finding the rosters, I fixed it by uninstalling it completely, doing a registry clean (with regseeker), then I installed CC again and it worked again! I think it might be indeed a registry problem but since by fixing it with first doing complete uninstall and reg clean I can't tell for sure.

Sorry to not be of any more help, I hope the uninstall-reinstall routine will work for you also.
