I'm getting two error messages when starting Fifa2001. They are:

Fifa2001 has caused an error in FIFA2001.ICD

or

Fifa2001 has caused an error in DPLAYERX.DLL

My system specs:
AMD T-Bird 850Mhz
128-ram
Voodoo4500 AGP
Soundblaster Live Value x-gamer
30 gig
Windows ME

*I have the full copy of fifa not the demo.
