View Full Version : An idea to edited-graphics patch makers

I just saw the movie "Victory" on DVD the other night. Although I have seen the movie many times both on TV and on VHS tape (neither of which shows it in Widescreen format), it's the first time that I had seen the movie in Widescreen format since I first saw the movie in theaters back in 1981 (oh MAN, I'm old http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/frown.gif ). Anyway...

For anyone who can make edited graphics (with the proper logos and such), would it be possible to make a patch that would recreate the players and uniforms (and perhaps even the stadium) of the climactic 1942 game between the Allied POW's and the German National Team from the movie - including having the players look more or less like the characters in the movie (who were played by Sylvester Stallone, Michael Caine, Pele, Bobby Moore, etc.)?

Or would that be a little too controversial?
