hey i was just wondering what the most often way you score. Like some ppl tend to cross it more and then bike it in or head it sum liek me set up for a threw ball so you can get a break away and then just fake the goalie out or chip shot it over the goalies head. or maybe take long shots into the top corners. I jsut thought I'd see what the most common way ppl score is.

most of my goals are from my opponents own goals!!

Whatever the situation calls for and allows. If I feel confident I try to chip it over tho.

how come ppl think chipping is ahrd you jsut hold the shootbutton for liek half a secnd while holding L1 and you dont even half to aim? it jsut goes the way your facing?

It's not so hard as people think... And I have no problem with long shots too...

I score many ways but these 3 are most often
long shots
Corner kicks what are mostly cleared to the edge of the box and then someone shoots
i cut in from the sides and then a little pass to the center and GOOOAAAL:

Through ball to my fastest striker (usually owen on pes4) and hit it in from the edge of the area.

Counter attacks With henry (Running from half field ) dribble 1 or 2 defenders then score

i score in 3 often ways
- 1 on 1(through ball), then chipping, normal shoot or passing to another player in front of goal
- long shoot
- cutting from the side

btw, chipping is not so hard, the game is just buggy
even if you do you right, the keeper fall and then jump again very quickly from the ground, which is impossible in the real life
in pes4 there was no bug, so 90% of the 1 on 1 chances ended up with goal by chipping the ball over the keeper.

I havent scored a single goal yet with only 1 leaked in 3 games, 4 stars is tough to score

counter attack, 3 up top = money. get the through ball to one of the pacy wingers, throw in one of the tricks, either step over to get to the line or cut in then either go for goal or cut back for a tap in. ever since i started doing 6 star super leagues with 5,000 points n crappy teams its helped.

Well i score by following ways:

- I play 3 upfront and getthe ball to pacy wingers (ronaldo, shaw, mutu,etc) and cross to my tall CF for some gr8 finishing

- From corners, either a header, volley :rockman: or a long shot after the ball is cleared from the box

- Lots of possession and passing and then suddenly giving my CF or the wingers the high through pass or low pass and score

currently on 5 stars....its addictive !!

Yeah no matter the difficulty setting, the AI is completely dumbfounded against most attacks that begin with a winger cutting in from the side. AI has no defence on anyone other than players 'ahead' or at the same line as the player with the ball, so a simple pass back to whoever has at least somewhat a decent shot, ends up in a net.

To be honest, I've forced myself so that I will just resist those goals. Though they look good, they get as boring as anything after a while.

I just hope AI defence will decrease in overall and increase in those stupid loopholes that make pretty attacks and goals after a while looking like tedious and boring.
