What are they for Flags, Logos (In-Game and the other one), and anything else

The file needs to be 32 bit bmp (i think png works but havent tried) for all logos and banners.

The Frontend and In-game logos are identical size (128x128) but the front end logo is aligned to the left considerably (had to play with it for quite a while to get it right). The banners are 128x64.
