I don't understand this... Portugal is in 5th place of the world ranking and is not included in Fifa 2001! Why? WHY!?!?!?

Coz EA don't have the lisence to do that.
Maybe we should ask why portugal don't sell their lisence to EA instead.

you must be joking! EA gets the license to Qatar and doesn't get the license to Portugal!? EA did EXACTLY the same thing with Fifa 2000! It took one or two months for them to release a patch with Portugal!!!

Maybe the contract ended or something like that. Come'on, we do know EA isn't lazy when they didn't include Portugal league if they have included the Korean League.
