but actually the best konami soccer for pc isn't WE9 but Winning Eleven 9 Liveware evolution and you can buy it only if you live in Korea... But if you don't live in korea, there are others ways to obtain it... :chew:

Get the north american we9 regular version so you can play online but you will need dsl or cable to play online properly. It's a steal at 20 USD. Then come back here to see how you can soup it up to get real teams, uniforms, sounds, etc. Out of the box, many teams are not named properly (can't expect much for 20 bux). When your WE9 is patched properly, this godly game eats EA's FIFA for breakfast.

PES5 and WE9 is same I think, except PES is for the European market, and WE9 is for South Asia (HK, etc) and North America.
