skills video (http://www.mundofifa.net/web/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=237&Itemid=38)
if this is not scripted, fifa 07 looks very impressive in terms of animations :rockman:
SlowSilver 10-08-2006, 08:53:PM Those skills look impressive indeed. ;)
aqsoccer03 10-08-2006, 08:58:PM No word on whether or not it's official, but Mundo FIFA seems to think so. It certainly looks like it...
YorkyStreetWise 10-08-2006, 09:30:PM Yeah, because the screens from it are up on the official website
caseira 10-08-2006, 10:03:PM Uow! Impressive movements! Hope they work well while in game!

ronnifan9 10-08-2006, 11:41:PM La Cuauhteminha (H)
camilo_marin21 10-08-2006, 11:42:PM hopefully you can actually pull those off when you're playing...
ronaldo9 10-08-2006, 11:48:PM i hope all the skills are includet in the game
dipset 10-08-2006, 11:54:PM pfff i dunno, i bet those moves Ronaldhino is doin is probably his special moves like that guy Booth said in the review he said certain players will have their moves. the moves are good advancements though from previous fifa. Hopefully FIFA have skilll video into the game so u can learn how to do moves / skills when on the pitch somethin like a trainin thing.
AdidAs 11-08-2006, 12:32:AM Yeah, well i bet you have to break your fingers off even on joystick to perform this. It will be like 3 buttons at same time...
ANTONIO_ORTEGA 11-08-2006, 01:06:AM Did u see the robotic looking quauhteminha still looks cool.
ausbarca 11-08-2006, 09:06:AM the villa goal is mad
deano8 11-08-2006, 11:49:AM Those skills look wicked, I hope we can perform them with many players though not just a certain player (like Ronaldinho).
mcdonry 11-08-2006, 12:03:PM Cant Wait to play it
caseira 11-08-2006, 12:37:PM Hope they are not scripted, especially the lobs. And definitely the ball was improved.
fr-fotopage 11-08-2006, 12:55:PM I saw the skills video and i whas thinking wow
Keegan 11-08-2006, 01:45:PM As good as those animations look, they don't hold a candle to the Skill Moves Selector tool that Ariel over at Soccer Access made a few Fifa's ago... with his tool you were able to select maybe 6 different skill moves from a possible 20 or so, and do them during the game with a particular sequence of button presses... some of the stuff that was possible then, Fifa hasn't allowed us to do since...even today. Examples? Juggling the ball, controlling the ball in the back of your neck, and other stuff that was as much fun to watch as to do.
Ah for the good old days...
:ewan:
chiro 11-08-2006, 02:27:PM moves are nice but still the animations are not upto mark ..

I believe that was for FIFA 2002. But I also remember the ball somewhat at times not touching the players' feet and still reacting to 'contact'.
It was a good add-on, I know 2002 FIFA World Cup allowed users to juggle the ball and flick it up in all different manner of styles and tricks, that was cool but something I never got to grips with.
I think the world cup games are always more arcade than simulation. I know FIFA 07 is certainly aiming at the Simulation genre.
NK.
kurabica 11-08-2006, 11:33:PM The thing that got my attention is the Defenders animation in 1 on 1 situation
Vladinho87 12-08-2006, 04:27:PM Amazing skilsss
