On FIFA 2001 for the PS2 there is a category called "Other Teams" but the only team is Gallatassery. I have won every tournament and the English Premier League (all on World Class) but I never get any more teams. What's up with that? I assume there must be a way to get more teams to appear in the "Other Teams" category, otherwise wouldn't they have called it "other team." No, there are no other teams. It was a last minute deal between Galatasaray and EA Sports that let them be in the game. There really wasn't going to be a Rest of the World section.
