To make a GOOD wbsite for fifa 2001 or anything else you need these thing.

1)A good art package. Adobe Photoshop 6 is
excellent.
2)An HTML editor. ie Netscape Composer.But I
prefer Dreamweaver 3.
3)A basic understanding of HTML is an advantage but I suppose not essential.
4)A good plan -draw it on paper first.

If you want some basic HTML Tutorials there are loads on the web

You need to have a good Navigation bar, so that we can access to any part of the website on any web page. so, there is no need to click on the back button.

Yu can reach the purpose stated by Iceboy by creating some frames in your page. Left frame is a menu frame for example and you might make a topframe for a logo and a mainframe for content.
