Well I've been watching the game live tonight and saw that Everton did not have the class to beat the Spurs.
Although the Spurs played with 9 man because of the red cards for Poyet (deserved it) and Doherty (maybe maybe not) they weren't able to break the Tottenham defence.
King was brilliant, he played very good where Campbell used to play. It's nice to see Stubbs with Everton and Ferguson but they are not good enough to beat a team like Spurs who played very collectively in the 2nd half.
Strange to see Sheringham back in white/blue but he'll do well I presume.

Alexandersson should've scored where he hit the crossbar in the first half of course!
On the other hand, Tottenham had a few chances too but didnt' score as well.
All in all I thought that the game was amusing but not more than that really...

I watched it too. I would say overall if had been 11 v 11 spurs would of won it. (but what do u expect from a spurs supporter!!)
The Doherty penalty was never a sending off, maybe not even a penalty.
I was just watching The Premiership on ITV and Kevin Campbell wouldn't admit it was a penalty - cheating ****!!!
We're still unbeaten tho!!!!

I seen this game on Fox Sports World, and I will say -- Everton played good football in the first half.. The referee was dumb, though. Campbell played a very poor game, and it was his fault he fell.. Doherty, in my opinion, is the man of the match -- the penalty was 100% UNDESERVED, not mentioning the red card, and the two yellows that were given to Sherringham and Ziege, respectively, for arguing.

Sherringham played a bad game, too.. Didn't show anything..

The game was somewhat boring.. Maybe not boring, but, as commentator said, predictable -- typical English football to take the ball to the flangs and cross a ball and try to get lucky. Both teams played this style, and, due to the defenders' heading ability, in was INEFFECTIVE. Thus boring -- in some ways. I was looking for Rebrov in the game, and got upset that he was injured.. urgghhh. I hope the FSW will show some Manu or Arsenal games, otherwise -- I am not watching :), unless of course there will be Pahars or Rebrov participating in the game.. But I've seen games that were more boring, as this one actually had quite a few scoring chances.. And the level of football was bigger ,than, say, the level of Chilean league, which FSW bothers to translate on the TV..

Tonight it's Arsenal VS Leeds so that should be a great game I think.
Incredible, weeks without football and now 5 days in a row or smth GREAT :D
Tomorrow Celtic-Ajax, I really do hope that Ajax can win but there are a lot of injuries with Ajax as well as Celtic. It's going to be tough!

I'm really looking forwards to seeing Sol CAmpbell tonight !! :D :D

1-1 was the right result I feel last night,
even though both sendings off were unfair !!
I was gutted that Poyet got SO coz he's in my fantasy team :p :p
can't for Sunday

Once again, I'll say that the ref was awful. I can't even begin to describe the mistakes he made.

We showed so much character. Our defence is rock solid, we don't need Dean Richards. Who would he replace? Bunjy, King and Doherty do their jobs extremely well.

Wow, there's another Spurs fan here! :D

FSW actually translated the game LIVE with the pre-game program with George Grahame who talked with SUCH BIG British accent accent, that I didn't understand a damn he was saying. (once gaelic games were translated and some Irish guy was giving an interview and it really seemed as if though it wasn't English).

unfortunately I didn't get to see the game.. I seen a small part of it, and caught the goal that was scored by Arsenal player (Wiltord, was it?) from a shot-like cross from Ashleigh Cole. But I did catch that the game was great, really a higher level than Everton/Tottenham game.. I mean the players were actually SKILLED in the Arse/Leeds game and showed their skills. Was great to see Wiltord, or Henry pull out a great move, or a great backheel pass..

didn't see the 2nd Leeds goal, though. errgghh.

Arsenal v Leeds was a f*cking excellent game to watch, and I can't stand either of em! (I am a United fan). Ashley Cole looks like a great player, though he is a little light on his feet when opposition players touch him. Wiltord's goal was class as well.
