It's how well a person is informed about players and clubs in that country. If it's high you get reliable info; if it's low, you get less reliable info. Also dependant on the person's ability, I reckon.

I think that bug is corrected by now.

Graphics are nicer, still I prefer Capuccino (hope they fix that error on Player Search screen) or iTunes.

About the pics posted... wow... I guess we (excluding beta testers) all saw the "little logos" at the left of each club, which is a wonderful addition in my opinion, or things like second nationality (too realistic, since I have Italian passport myself, and I can take advantage of it in the game :P)

Also love that "knowledge" about leagues. Viewing what a brazilian "knows", I think Argentinians will know almost the same, since we had/have on our league many Peruvians and Colombians, saying "we" know about the North of SouthAmerica.

Lastly, I love that scout reports. Wonderful, perfect... I hope the game could be release tomorrow :crazyboy:

Nice to see that Ramos is a wonderkid in this game ( finally!! ) and can play more than just in the defence. Also R. Albiol of Valencia is a wonderkid...I know who my CB pairing will be for Madrid:D. Robinho is still only an FC and it seems like they have added new personalities for players like Raul is a Born Leader(Y). Also I see that they have upgraded the Castilla and younger players so they are not so crap in this version.

The great thing about the demo is you can continue your game when you get the full game , this is not a show off pic but one of the closest premiership battles in years. If only it was this competitive :)

Ramos already had great stats in FM06, he great potential for a CB and could start in almost any team.

I almost freaked out there for a second thinking that you had OS X as well then I realized it was just the skin :(.

rpvankasteren I know what that guy was referring to in that quote you posted but for some reason when I grab onto that and try to change the size of the window it only does it horizontally and not vertically which is where my problem is.

Is there some way to make the menu bar at the top dissapear? Because if that wasn't there while playing the game on windowed mode my problem would be solved.

Right now, Mokoena is out for 4 months for me, and I have wait another month before Haestad signs on a free in December to cover that area.

Aye, Klose is a beast on fm 07. On my game Chelsea just splahsed out huge money on him and then signed Kaka for £40 million the next day :nape:

Started with Werder Bremen on my game, still in preseason, but Klose is indeed amazing. He scored 5 goals and gave 5 assists in 2 matches, vs. Schlaffhausen and Zurich (Swiss champions) He's got a 50m release clause though, which isnt nearly enough for him. Im trying to sign him a new contract, of course.

Yea Klose cost me 42.5 million euros but was well worth it oh and Soldado is a great backup for him/replacement once its over for Klose. I got Theo Walcott on a free from Arsenal and sent him on loan to my affliate team (Nurnburg). Heh Chelsea, I am suprised they did not buy Villa? So far they always seem to go for Villa first, usually for 60 million euros.

ah thanks, i have been playing klose upfront on his own with rooney as amc and hes been scoring goals every other game.

it's taken 2 seasons of mediocre success (only Carling Cup first season and Premiership in second) but i've finally got a squad that i'm completely happy with. I have total freedom of either playing 3-3-1-2-1 or 4-1-2-1-2 with seriously strong lineups and sufficient depth. All with an average squad age of 23.

Its disappointing not to have that many Englishman in my squad, but there are just none around available at a decent price that are actually good enough.

I've never gone double digit before on C/FM. Feels good to score for fun, but it's not so strange considiring I have Aguero and Torres as my striker duo. (H)

Oh and BTW, look at this amazing youngster. Antonio Cerrajero is his name. Only 14 at the start and what stats already! Only physical should improve but that shouldn't be a problem. Atletico has alot of those youngsters, go check them out. :)

Only problem is that in my experience it tends to be the physical that improves the least out of all the attributes. Mental is improved through playing matches and gaining experience; technical through training and matches. If he did improve physically he'll be excellent.

Also to improve mental for a young player have him be tutored by someone that is strong mentally. I did that with J. Garcia and his stats are very impresive now.

That feature has always worked, but you can only get a positive reply from the board if they respect you and if the funds really are too low compared to the general economic status of the club.

No way, on fm06 and previous versions, no matter how succesful I was, I never got a request for more funds accepted, and im not the only one.

got a request accepted quite a few times for transfer funds. Never seen the wage structure changed though.

I usually only play with lower league teams in secound-rank countries, and if only the stadium is half-decent, i can increase the clubs turnover from 2k to 500 k before the season is halfway through by playing an insane amount of friendlies against bigger teams.

Because of this, i have almost always had my transfer funds- and wage budget increased when i asked for it. This has worked in all of the FM games. I think this was what they had in mind when they made the feature.

I had it accepted when starting with Liverpool once, from 11M to 34.5M, right when I started the game.

I requested the board more funds in transfer budget once but they rejected and said I have to concerntrate more on the training! :mad:

Klose makes the game quite easy :D, no really he is just ace. Notice all the tutoring I am doing, thats right. I have some really good players down in Castilla, I manged to find some of those players with real people pic on it and there stats are looking real good. Robinho took a very long time to become an AMR...too long. Anyway my team in 2011 amd I am very happy with it. Also won the 2010 WC with Spain but got totally owned in my last 2 games (H), Italy took about 23 shots on me and somone only scored 1. I had 3 chances on goal and scored 3 goals, the last one being with the keeper in my box trying to score off a header. France owned my ass in the final but somehow I scored on basically my only chance the whole game. BTW am I the only one getting rather weird youth players? Like I have this player who is Spanish ( well most of them are ) but they have very unspanish names like Manny Al-Howary, Denis Tcherysev and etc?

No, it's the other way around. If you have a player you want to play at Southampton but can't get a WP you can put him away at Lugo to avoid work permit regulations. ;)

It's a programme called Print Scrn SysRq, it comes with the PC, paired with Paint, that's all you need.

What Azrael means is that you have to press the Print Screen button at your keyboard. Than open paint press CTRL + V(or select Edit->Paste) and there's your beautiful screenshot. :)

What an exciting close to the season, I collected a good number of points, but Ajax always was close to me. On the 32nd matchday I made the gap 4 points (Ajax lost to Twente) So I could win the championship on the 33rd round: Ajax-PSV. It was 1-1, but Babel scored a 94th minute winner...2-1 On the last day of the season I did win it though, an easy victory over RKC (they scored the 1-2 in the 93th minute)
