Nah, it is fine thanks, at the moment I have been adding teams to my demo that maybe people have never have heard of and making kits for them aswell, e.g. MFK Ruzomberok (Slovakia), B36 Tórshavn (Faroe Islands) and don't really think people would be interested in their kits.

I will however try and finish the Sporting pack soon, pictures of the goalkeeper kit especially would be quite helpful, why not if you have any good pictures of their away and third kit too, please post them, it would make my life easier lol.

To be honest I have no idea, Sporting just like calling it that. My best guess is that it is a word used to decribe a kit used only in cup competitions or for special occasions, but I have no eividence to back up this theory.

mr. stromp was some sort of founder of the club or something like that, maybe even a famous player, i heard the story sometime ago but forgot allmost everything. that half half kit style is called after him.

Come on, one person looking at my thread must have CorelDraw installed on their computer at least. It's annoying when you can't find a logo but trust me, it is even more annoying to have a logo and not be able to use it because you can't open it. :p

I think the main reason for the blurryness is because of how much the texture is being resized, so much, Huz talked to me about this problem the other day and he is hoping to make a new high quality texture for them soon, so hopefully this problem will clear up. Don't you think that the fuzziness gives it a sort of fabricy look like you would find on real sock logos (It's a pretty good excuse ;)).

As for the green colour, The picture of Sporting x Boavista was taken at night and with that different lighting you find it in the stadium it makes the colours of the kits appear darker, check any champions league match (since they're all played in the evening) the kits always appear darker compared to day matches and that's how I make my kits. Maybe in future I'll start producing my kits with darker colours though, because the game engine seems to put a really harsh bright light on the kits so it might be a good idea afterall.

I just don't know how to do the Portugal Telecom logos on the sleeve, because as you notice the white border is gone from the home kit and the away doesn't have it, so should I make the sleeve logo the same? I mean should the sleeve 'PT' logo have a white border around it or not?

I can actually see the texture on the black shorts quite adequately here, but maybe with different screen resolutions and colour settings, it might look different elsewhere. Either way, the game should brighten them up automatically, maybe I can get a screenshot from someone to test my theory?

Lovely kits Paul the texture looks fine to me.
I always have 100% brightness and 60% contrast, looks best for this monitor anyway (Philips 190X6FB 21" TFT)

I have slightly updated the Roda home kits, I think I might need to start making my short sleeves bigger as these look quite bad on the template mainly due to my resizing process I think, should look quite fine in the game though.

Hi mate, I actually got to watch the match with a little help from someone lol dissapointing result though :p brings back good memories of being there at the millerntor earlier this year.

The away kit is white with brown sides, I actually had the kit half made before my photoshop crashed and that pissed me off so I started making something else, I will return to it soon though.

Thanks to everyone else too, next kit will be Willem II.

Amazing quality my friend..the only thing i could put a finger on is the sleeve logos. They are very blurry...but was that because of the resizing-procedure`?

The Willem II kits should be fine and not have anything blurry on the at all since I have swapped a few things around and remade somethings too, the Roda kits do suffer about from the previous resizing procedure, but like I say the Willem kits and future kits I make should be fine with logo quality all over the kit.

Huz might do another template, but it won't be in the same style and this is the only type which suits my style of kit making in my opinion, with the texture going right to the edge, most people now tend to make their textures cut out in the back shape which I personally feel doesn't look good with my kits so I never use them.

at the back of the collar, you'll find "fcgb" written the puma style
CDISCOUNT is at the back of the jersey and on the shorts

Biebirch, yeah it's one of the funniest comedies ever in my opinion, if there was more English people in this forum I am sure they'd agree with me, but I'm almost the only English person here lol.

Not to many teams use this GK design really, well not many teams use diadora either, but this appears to be their 'cheap' design, another team that I think uses this design is Vitoria Setúbal of Portugal, well at least they used to I think.

Vitoria Setubal still uses diadora, but the designs this year look like crap and they don't have enough kits for the games.

was written for Fifa06 but still works in Fifa07, it is even not necessary anymore to do the config.dat part but work directly on the table_teamkits.

dude rebuild the data with fatbuilder it should be on the same link of kitraptor :ewan:

I actually managed to install two new teams for the full game today so I might be able to help you. I managed to get CSKA and Spartak Moscow both working fine.

Tell me when your game crashes and how much you have added to the database and I might be able to help you some more, try and contact me on msn too.

Try installing 1G Goalkeeper kits,if the game crashes.I installed the complete Barca kitpack,and each Barca-game crashed.Imported 1G Goalkeeper kit and it worked.
Other teams run properly with complete 2G kitpacks.

The game becomes really unstable if you play two teams with full 2gk kits against one another, its best if you just make the goalkeeper kits 1gk and the team kits 2gk, the game works fine then.

As i wrote in another thread i think it's the fathbuilder thing that needs to be improved as Creation Center's fathbuilder worked solid for me in the last couple of fifa's where other's diden't.

Curs, try playing the same teams in a "neutral" stadium like eg. oval style.. in my experience it dosen't crash then.

...even on wembley witch can't take mutch less memory than eg. old trafford.. i really don't think its because of the total memory use.. but rather some tecnically thing when loading the game :confused:

I had problems installing kits for teams smaller than the likes of Roma and Rennes, any other kits I just got a prompt saying they are not in the game :S and that is on a clean install of both kit raptor and fifa.

The Fat Builder that comes with Kit Raptor causes my game to crash now I have installed new teams.

I did more tests and am in the exact same situation as Curswine now, the fatbhbuilder from Kitraptor always makes the game crash, the File Master 07 one still works though.

Then about 2GK goalkeeper kits, yep you're right, they make the game also crash, when two teams in full 2GK with both keepers wearing them face each other in a non generic stadium, just like they did in Fifa2005...

This is a big setback for me as I got used to the eye candy in Fifa06 having everything in double textures there, now the turfs and goalkeepers don't work, seems like back to the future... I'm beginning to dislike Fifa07 more and more lol, in fact I'm not going to touch it anymore until the official EA patch gets released (due end of next week), if then the situation doesn't improve I'm back to Fifa06 until Fifa08 lol.

Yep I know, it's random try playing that game in the San Siro, for me it crashed, in Anfield it went ok, I think it has to do with the ammount of memory the stadium takes up in memory also, san siro uses more.

I only tried it once, trying to play a Lisbon derby using my kits and it didn't work in either the da Luz or the José Alvaladé stadiums, but to be honest 2GK goalkeeper kits don't make much of a difference to me. Especially since I have lost the cinematics.

BTW I am going on holiday to Germany for 12 days tomorrow so no editting at all from me, but when I get back I'll try my best to pick up the slack and make the kits I promised to people e.g. FCK, Heerenveen etc.

that patch you are talking about is not CEP , it was a kitpatch including kits from all the best kitmakers at sg, pauls and my kits were downloadable at FS..but how long time ago was that...1 year ago? anyway, the patch isnt even available on the net anymore..

I was at that match... i think it should have been more pink bacause you could hardley tell the difference to their normal jerseys.

No really need to make them though.. it's the first and last time they played in pink.

Funny you should say that, for the past few weeks I haven't had any desire to make any kits but today I decided I should finally finish FCK so that should be here soon, then a couple of dutch kits I think Groningen and Heerenveen probably then who knows, I might help with some kits for the Euro 2008 patch.

Yes, sure.

I would have thought that most of them would have been out of date by now, but if their is stuff you can use go right ahead.

Many may be out of date by now. But are still either the only or perhaps still the best kits made for a given team. If it's all I have to use i'll use it until better, or more up to date is made.

I hope we can get currect 06-08 kits for all the teams at some point but in the mean time they gotta wear something.

Thanks a ton for letting me use them, they are very high quality kits. It's an honor to have them available.

Welll it is similar to the former one, but this new one has a blue collar.
