Yeah, especially R.Carlos and Raul?
Giggs is no way better then Beckham, if he would be better, then he would take both corners and all the freekicks, but instead Beckham did and he did a pretty good job on it. Giggs can only dribble and heading a little bit better then Beckham, but all other things, Beckham is better.

Ok if you really want me to shoot down those, then fine I will. How many wingbacks do you see? None. Carlos and Thuram are in that category. Cafu is too old now, Denilson hasn't done anything since WC 98, Juninho is at Middelsboro I think, Del Piero doesn't belong anywhere near the list, and Ronaldinho is still young and hasn't shown his skill a major level(same reason Saviola isn't on)

Raul probably SHOULD be on the list, but who would you replace?

There are no Goalkeepers because this is like the NCAA backetball tourney. There are only 4 groups, and the winner from each group goes to the Final Four.

Set pieces don't mean anything. And I can say the same thing for Becks, all he does is run and cross.

Personally, I think that most of the names are repeated not because people find those players to be the best in the world, but because they're so blinded by TV and publicity that they are made to believe that.

There are plenty of bad players in Top Teams and also the other way round. Remember that the cost doesn't make a player better or worse.

Bye.

How many winbacks, huh? Well Bixente Lizarazu is one of them, however you have didn't exclude him like Roberto Carlos

Cafu, too old, huh? What is Stam, Emerson and Batistuta doing there then?

Denilson, hasn't done anything, cozz he is playing for a cheap team who was last season in the second division of Spain.

Juninho Paulista, think again, he is playing for Vasco Da Gama

Del Piero, if he wasn't that good he probably would be playin' for another team cheaper than Juventus.

Ronaldinho Gaucho, you probably don't have an idea where is he playing, like Juninho Paulista.

Lizerauzu doesn't play wingback really, he is more like a winger that covers the entire field, he is a DML, Carlos is a DL.

Cafu is waaaaaay past his prime. Emerson made a huge move to Roma last year, and Stam is playing the best football of his life.

I love Denilson, but having not made a mark on the football world, he doesn't deserve to be on this list.

Juninho was playing for Boro and Atletico Madrid (Divison 2 team), but I'm sorry, he must have made a huge $50,000 move to Vasco

Del Piero SHOULDN'T be playing for Juve. Ask any Italian that.

And finally Ronaldinho. So you assume I don't know anything about him. Real nice. Why don't you include Alex? He made his European move a year before Ronaldinho, and is at a better club. He also did a better job with his club in Brazil than Ronaldinho. I don't know about Ronaldinho huh? 20/21 years old, has been playing for Gremio most of his career, but early this year PSG came in with a bid for him, that he would move there after his contract expired. Gremio felt this was wrong and kept him in their team, and sent an appeal to FIFA. Recently FIFA said that PSG (Paris Saint Germain, the same team with Anelka, Okocha, and Christian) legally were entitled to have Ronaldinho. He now plays in france for PSG. But like I said, HE HASN'T MADE ANY MARK ON THE FOOTBALLING WORLD!!!!

Don't the goalkeepers belong in these lists? Remember the goalkeeper is the most important part of the squad. Where is Ollie Kahn , Fabien Barthez and co.? I'd still say Peter Schmeichel is one of the world's best. Same goes for Sami Hyypiä in defence you're not chosen into the CNN/World Soccer/Kicker/Goal all-star teams for nothing!!

Juan Roman Riquelme is right now the best player playing in the Americas. He is the playmaker, AM, for Boca Juniors in Argentina and has led them to back to back Copa Liberatadores titles. He is 22 years old, Argentinian, and is constantly linked with Barcelona, but most recently has been linked with AC Milan in Italy.

Riquelme is world class. Amazing. One of the best AMs in the world.

Still young and I'd love to see him at Barca (even thought I hate them) with Saviola. That partnership would be "wicked."

He'll come to WHL though because he wants to play with Andriy Shevchenko and Dean Richards.

Rivaldo plays striker a lot for Barca and the Brazilian national team.

And Bayern players are there because they are part of the best team in the world. No one asks why there are so many Man United players, even though there are more of them than Bayern players.
