I know Shamir, this means your Kernell32.dll is corrupted. I have the same problem with my laptop when I try to install ICQ. Do you have Win2000?? The only solution, experts tell me, is to reinstall Windows again. I know, that's ****ed up, but it's the only solution. Try and install a new service pack, but it probably won't work!!
