Is there any way to activate the hidden teams (eg lower league teams that get promoted to top divisions at the end of the season, or teams you play in cup competitions) in FIFA 2001 so you can play as them and transfer to / from them?

There must be quite a few of these teams (e.g. Blackburn, Sampdoria, Atletico Madrid) and it seems such a waste to have them in the game and yet not be able to play as them or transfer players too / from them.

Also, any reason why you can't transfer players to / from Galatasaray?
