me Barca v AC ....
I play the ball down the wing and Im running down the wing from the half way line to a yard or so from the byline. Defenders do not come out to close down ..?? I had one cpu AC player match my run but parallel with mine and at least 5 or 6yrds in from me ... does not try to cut into me to put in a challenge ...
Call player , when I press this in PES the player with track fast towards the cpu player on the ball, do it in FIFA07 , and the player with start with a few steps and walk forward to only when he gets near that they run and I have the sprint button pressed ...
Very slow in response to this CALL player ....

As for the splits in the screen and jerky screen when the ball is kickout from a bykick or when the ball is moving through the air ??? GF6600GT 128mb .. setting 800x600 MED and still getting the choppy screen even on LOW ... And I tried as advised to put the Render AI to 0 ... still happens .. P4 2Ghz 80GB HD 1GB DDR .. WIN XP HOME ..

Which forceware are you using?
I'm on 91.48
Also i've got a 7800 gtx, does yours support 8 aa supersampling?
As this is a performance hit in most games, it's not on this, and no slowdown on cut scenes, as with 2 aa or 4 aa,
I'm using 8 anistropic filtering too

Antialiasing ... Application Controlled .. manual settings are:: Off , 2X,2XQ,4X,8X
Anisotropic Filtering ... Application Controlled .. manual settings are: Off,2X,4X,8X,16X
Should I turn both of these to OFF from AC

Try setting AA to 8x which is super sampling, and set AF TO 2X

But it seem to have cleared up the screen tearing ..
I have to ask this , I was playing away with this fixed AF2x and AA4x I tried the 8xtimes but the little "tick" didn't appear next to the 8x when I clicked on it so I guess that the GF6600GT only does 4xAA ...
Babbling on there , this is what I wanted to ask , I have the game speed set to 0 "slow" but the ball still zips through the air and the canera swing though not tearing the screen or really jerking it about there is slight screen wobble when I hit a shot for a clearance for a kickout , the camera swing is quiet fast .. So to is the speed of the players at times, like a little burst of keystone cops speed ball too ... Why are the players and ball still moving fast "animation wise arms and legs going like the clappers" though I have the game set on Slow ...???
I think EA need to tone down the speed of the ball , shots are way to fast, even some of my keepers throw outs go as fast as a shot ...

Have you tried the ini.big update that i told you to download?
I've adjusted the animation speed and overall ball velocity in that

Came on people, 07 its an improvement over 06, but has terrible bugs yet to solve.

MightyTic 20-09-2006, 10:16:PM used the INI.BIG download a put the files into there folders , worse .. lag ball in short pass very slow , long ball very quick .... shot , just over cut to player and froze .. hand to close it down ...
