Hi guys! I'm playing with the Newcastle United and in 2010, suddenly good players won't sign with my team saying "your team's discipline is so low, you can't hope to get a good result in the good run"!!!

Every now and then when player misbehaved during a match, an option window to take money from him displayed and it says "team discipline - low". But i would fine him and go to the first team window and tell him to try to behave himself more on the pitch but they wouldn't help.

Please someone tell me how do I raise the discipline level of my team. I couldn't find anywhere to do something with the team discipline. I really want to continue playing with my NU team. Help please!

set your fines again. you will be able to find the fines in the contracts section if i'm not wrong. Also fine the players very hard for a few weeks.
If none of these things help the only way to sort it out is by selling the players who are spoiling the discipline
