Do you have NVIDIA graphic card? I have ATI Radeon 9200 SE and the turf looks like light, sometimes even too light, especially in the Emirates stadium. I remember there was that dark turf problem in FIFA WC06. It was really annoying.

I make realestic turf for fifa07, and it is very very realistic,, but the problem is the lines of the stadiume are unclear,, any one know which zdata can find lines files to edit them.

You guys arent the only ones suffering. My GeForce 6600GT is making the pitch look just like those pics. It makes me want to vomit.

So some NVIDIA cards show dark pitch and some cards light pitch. :O Very strange...

Rinaldo made pitch master 06, but this is low on his priority list as I imagine he will put his energy in File Master 07 and DB Master 07 first. And as Frenkie explains, there are far more .fsh turf files than before.

I have full version if you mean t229__xxxx.fsh files in zdata, just I not enough time change all fsh (not same all)

But if somebody know one concrete stadium fsh number, I to fix this stadium.

In fifa.db the information on stadiums and what lawn what stadium are stored{kept} uses.
The section mowpattaern is what pattern (structure) uses stadium, striped, a rhombus.... Only 11 variants.
The section pitchsurroundcod is what variant of a coloring uses stadium, these structures are stored{kept} in zdata_34 and refer to from t229 __ 0_0_0.fsh up to t229 __ 5_5_3.fsh only 144 files. In line pitchsurroundcod it is possible to enter numbers from 0 up to 5 i.e. if we shall enter 0 that stadium will use structures from t229 __ 0_0_0.fsh t229 __ 0_5_3.fsh if 1 that t229 __ 1_0_0.fsh up to t229 __ 1_5_3.fsh.....

mate sorry for being annoying but i re-installed FIFA 07 installed it again then put ur patch in fresh and i am still unable to view Stamford Bridge Del Alpi Amstradam Arena Millenium Stadium and a few others how comes i can play in these stadiums my game just exits out every time i try to play n them?

Hmm that sucks that you guys are having issues with certain stadiums. I just installed it and tried the ones that you were having issues with and everything worked fine. Hopefully it stays that way.. and thanks for the patch.. although the pitch is sort of neon-green.. i like it MUCH better than EAs crappy turfs.

what files do you copy to data i copy all of them including the IMP or wahtever it is and then them stadiums dont work i have also installed that premiership patch im gonna try it again!!!

ok ive fixed that problem it was because i had that Premiership Update patch on but after match i went on rematch with new teams the game once again exited out :(

i yust created a new turf for Old Trafford, please check them. Maybe the Turf are also use in other Stadiums, but i have to find out which stadiums are use from which .fsh Files in the zdata34.big. It´s a Fifa chaos system :)

try do copy back you zdata34.big from dvd, install the turfs again, but don´t use fatGUI.exe at the end of the prozess, try instead "fatbhbuilder.exe", to rebuild you zdata, maybe that help

It did for me too.. and would crash during manager mode and sometimes during cutscenes. Run fatbhbuilder in your data directory and it should fix things. If that doesn't work try what FCH said.

try do copy back you zdata34.big from dvd, install the turfs again, but don´t use fatGUI.exe at the end of the prozess, try instead "fatbhbuilder.exe", to rebuild you zdata, maybe that help

It makes no crash for me when i have used fatbh-builder..but it always skip the start where the players are in the tunnel and running on the field, lineup.etc...

I did test one of your new trufs however they need some improvments as you will see below. I also had to convert the turfs images to bitmaps as that is what the Turf Importer says and this is the result. turf318c Tested

Alsoi just noticed that if you look carefully the one i tested has some dots and that is probably why it came this way.

In order to make this fix work, you need to download version 1.0, install it and then download v1.2 [this one] fix and copy Turf Importer.exe in your FIFA 07\data folder, and overwrite old executable file.

Just put the file Frenkie posted into your datadirectory and import a bmp turf you want that's all.

I have got to grips with installing kits but i used BMP files to do this, So if somebody would be kind enough to give me a step by step guide to get this texture on every ptich i would be very greatful.

original fsh has different size textures :jambo:

i exported from original grass fsh the turf testures and one by one updated (color, and brightness)

and if ready import in game (same size like original just another color)

not just size different, but different shade (dirty turf)

i not modified shade, just use and all fsh didderent size and shade

erdu2 and erdu2b same "slot" just little difference

use just either of them (i use erdu2)

My problem is with turf importer so i think if i switch my zdata34 by one that have new turfs installed it might work in my game.

If you use the extra options tool from socceraccess to start the game the turf doesn't work at the first time for me. after importing the turf i have to start the game normal bei fifa.exe
this is only the first time, after that it works also with extra options tool for a quicker start.

I'm keeping this one ingame, looks good at OT and it's Frenkies template :D

Yeah I'd like to know also, Silencer has 2Gb of ram though, and I bet some high end video card too, might be hardware related or a combination of both.

Well yeah that sure helps and Pireloke is right about the high end vidcard as well ;) Radeon ATX XT1900 but that's the same hardware I used before and the game crashed almost instantly :o
I reinstalled my Fifa and imported the patches one by one:
1. KitRaptor
2. Turfimporter
3. Graphics Patch2 from PiPoL
4. 2ga Adboard importer
5. faces
6. Kits
7. 2gf Flags importer and some flags.

But I downsized my GK kits to 1gk, my Ajaxkits crashed before but with the 1gk GK kit it works fine!
So the bottomline is to just be selective with 2gk kits, you cannot use 2gk kits for EVERY team in the game it's just impossible and downsizing the gk kits worked as you can see at least for me.
My Zdata34 is twice the size it was with the new Turftextures and still it works but that's also because I created a new Zdatafile (40) and every new face I import goes into the Zdata_40 now thus releasing the pressure on other Zdata files that's all I can tell you guys right now :ewan:

Well I succeeded in importing Frenkie's to_24.fsh file which is the turf template, I still have the dirty green colour of the EA turfs but it looks already better than it did before, does not compare to the great green turfs that appear in the screenshots from Silencer, but it's a start...

Maybe one week if I have tons of time I will downsize the bmp textures from frenkie to single texture and import them manualy with fshED but it's going to be boring :) 174 files to do manualy, importing 4 or 5 resized textures per file (!) but I think it will be worth it, each time I play now I want to give water to the yellow desert grass on EA turfs lol...

unless someone makes a perfect fatrebuilder :)

Try this as it is working great for me after again alot of tests. Before i go on i have to mention that i have 1 gig ram and not so new gfx... i have ATI 128 600 series...

So i am managing to play fifa 07 this way now...

ofcourse Adboards work as they are also in pipols patch but i assignes adboards to particular teams with the fifadata 07.
Kits (Only a few kits work in 2gk because of the stadiums. With some stadiums you can play in 2gk kits but in some the game crashes. I am only palying with 2gk with the juve team the rest i made kits as 1gk.
Referree kits work also in 1gk

Right now i am happy as i can play fifa o7 with alot of patches... I would love to test the flags now so maybe the game doesn't crashes but i have doubts about that.

sorry for being off topic. But i cannot launch turf importer 07 for my os xp sp 2. I go microsoft support for the visual basic 6.0 runtime files as stated in the readme. Got the files install yet the turf importer not launching up. I could see the process in my taskbar but not the program.

Can someone clarify which visual basic 6.0 runtime files? The version i got are from support microsoft which i believe is sp2 after some finding. There are visual basic 6.0 runtime files from sp3 to sp6.

1. import turf with turf importer
2. open zdata34 with file master07
3. Export turf files in another directory
4. Restores original zdata
5. open (original) zdata with file master
6. Import all turf fsh in zdata34
7 regenerate with file master
8. game work and no crashing :jambo: :ewan:

and another methot but not tested

i upload my turf textures fsh with install.bat (use moxob tur patch install files)

New Turfs.zip (45,774,774 b) has been successfully uploaded.

This one works just fine Frenkie, my game crashed in Careermode so I replaced the zdata with the original and followed your list here and it works like a charm not one crash since! :D

With that method I was for the first time able to play on the green turfs with everything else on except in the following stadiums : Stamford Bridge, San Siro :rolleyes: (so a no go for me), Delle Alpi and the Olimpia Berlin, all the other stadiums work, we're getting more close, but I'm not there yet unfortunately...

How do i get rid of that line in the field? Its noticable that its where it divides the texture up and it looks dodgy. Is it a prob with the fsh file?

I used frenkies batch file to import the turf and it works
BUT i get the damn Missing textures instead of adboards
I tried installing the graphics patch 2, but it only changed boots and i still get the missing textures, like this

Well, I found out why the last method works for more people and partialy on my Fifa too, the turf fsh files get compressed far better by the internal File Master rebuilder than they do with the turf importer program, when I imported them with the importer my zdata_34.big file would take up to 115 Mb, with the Filemaster it takes 79 Mb, the fsh files themselves take up an average of 325kb compressed in the original Fifa, 550kb with the turf importer and 405kb with the File Master. Still a little too big for the more complex stadiums to load into memory on some configs including mine.

I found out Bernabeu and Nou Camp crash as well in night setting, so it is definitely a memory problem, I don't feel like shelving out more cash to upgrade my RAM to 2Gigs on my current system (which is a single core 3,4Ghz P4, you know the things that heat up so much you can warm up your office with it in winter times), when I will change in about a year and a half max, maybe I will upgrade the RAM if I'm absolutely certain it would help to load the stadiums crash free, which I'm not atm.

omg. It crashed with using the install.bat method. It is on night. Day no crashing yet. Playing semi final vs blackburn. Crash twice when i tried one middle when score replay another is i had win the match when going to return to growth stat.

A black screen appear then a crash fifa07 box.

:nape: is there a fix soon? if not anyway to uninstall the install.bat method files and turf?

no fifa07 playing now...

I just uninstalled fifa.. gonna install it and all the utilities back EXCEPT turf importer because turf is the only thing that is making my game crash, so I'll wait for fully safe method such as snopff.

i try loaded my manager mode again. Same match night stadium. Now no crash and i win the match. Weird. So what really bring up the crash...

1st time - goal replay
2nd time - before growth stat screen after match end
3rd time - bingo it worked.

But im still worried it may crash again.

any kind souls had the backup original zdata plus required files for this and can upload it? So that can replace do not need to reinstall if it crash and crash again.
