thanks crswnd, I updated the kits. The nike logo had a mis-shaped lower outline if thats what you mean? Couldn't think of anything else... though slowhand suggestsions.

It's a kid thread I know but I was making minikits and logo for FV Biebrich 02, and in case someone wants to add the team to its fifa (I suggest to add it to "German Oberliga Süd" in CEP 2.0, great patch by the way), he may need them, so:

mm quite good, the template looks kinda grey.. like dirty or smth... know what i mean?

I guess you mean the texture is too strong... maybe it's just my graphic card but if the kits are less textured you can't see it anymore. Probably the ingame graphics have more contrast which turns lighter grey shades to white. At least it's that way on my PC.

Great Kazakhstani and Gretna kits mate (their is a combination of words I never thought I would say), just a question for you, where did you find the pictures for Aktobe? As they're a team I have on my 'to-do' list.

No problem, curswine, I may just add that Gretna Fc is a very extraordinary club in football history, five years ago they have played five divisions lower, and this year they made it already to the UEFA cup (but already out). Incredible.

Finding kits like these is difficult, especially in eastern countries. You can find kits from Kazakhstan at www.fcastana.kz, they have alot of pictures from their latest matches. Unfortunately, it's written in cyrillic, the pictures are filed under "Фотоархив" ("photoarchiv"). If you look up some cyrillic letters and compare the matches you can find easily out who is who.

I don't make goalkeeper kits because
1. I didn't manage to import gk kits to teams who has none, I followed the instructions of a tutorial, I didn't get it.
2. It's very hard to find pictures of gk kits of teams like Aktobe.
3. The German lower division teams often also have "default" kits without advertising, team logo or special design.
4. Its time I rather spend on the next team.

I am sorry if anybody uses a pair of kits of mine and misses the gk kit. In that case, write it here.

Gretna actually played in England all those years ago butthey didn't get very far so they applied to the SFA (Scottish Football Asocciation) and gained entry then with the help of a rich owner steadily got promoted through the ranks and last season made it to the Scottish cup final, beating Celtic on the way to the final only to be beaten by Hearts and gaining entry to the UEFA Cup. (Sorry for this long rant about Gretna lol)

That's what I like about it... the Dortmund style because I am one of the few who really love that hated Dortmund design! It looks even better since there is no green sponsor logo.

I have just visited the fan shop. It seems like the stripes really have gone, red is home, blue is away and white is third.
But I like that kit on your picture so much, I'll do it anyway, making it my third.

If I had made Trabzonspor kits thats what I would have made as the home kit, possibly it is the home league kit and they use different kits in european competition.

Your design doesn't look good at all to me, but I love it the fact you actually made it. if you want to improve it you could base it around EA's Olympiakos kit or OGC Nice, they both use the same design as Trabzonspor's striped kit.

I exported olympiacos to see what you mean. You're right, the real design looks much different, at least on the back.

Yeah, the stripes on the sleeves are different too, they don't wrap all the way around the arm but cut off when they reach the back, the longsleeves differ too, the stripes only go half way down the sleeve on these, the rest is a solid colour.

The positions of the 'Cola Turka' logos on the sleeves could be improved also, at the moment they are only on the longsleeves and they are almost touching the wrists, move them up so that they are beneath the shoulder.

Update it if you like, hopefully by telling you these couple of things you'll look out for them more in the future.

I made an update, I guess it looks like the original as far as I could see it on the pictures. I didn't use Nice or Olympiacos stripes because the two sleeve stripes are different.

I like the Sarajevo kits too, just I think your design and collar are slightly wrong, their isn't any white part on the collar, from all the pics I have seen I think that is just a t-shirt the players wear beneath, and the white lines under the arm connect onto the sleeves. Two more thing that could be better is the logo size on the sleeves and the positions of the Bosnalijek logo on the back that should be raised up a bit so that the number is almost sitting on top of it. Also you might want to add the Legea logos to the longsleeve, but I know you're not a fan of making them lol.

Oh, ein Darmstädter. I have been to two Darmstadt matches, but the first time I supported the guest, to be honest. I have never seen RSV Würges live, the name sounds a bit... you know.
I will probably continue German Kits with one team of each Oberliga (which would be 10).

I have to be honest, it was so late yesterday, I haven't even tested the kit in the game, but the lines actually were supposed to connect. The logo on the sleeves IS big, but when I'll see it ingame I suppose I'll agree. The white part is actually the t-shirt, I wanted to try what it looks like because on most of the pictures I have seen you could see the shirt, "so why not in the game?" I thought.
I really forgot the logo on the longsleeves... the away shirt has it.

lol Really? I can't even see any white lines on the sleeves, if you want to make them connect then an easy way is to use EA's Academica Coimbra kit I think that uses the same Legea design. As for your collar design, I think it is a good idea, but only if it could affect certain players which it can't, I mean not every player in a match is going to have his shirt coming through the top of his collar.

at the moment it's a hard time being a darmstadt fan. the mood is very bad.

heiner, on my first visit I only came to see the guest, it was FC Augsburg which is the next bigger city from where I was born. They won, and on my second visit Darmstadt won (last home match against Kassel), so I did everything right. :)

Just Darmstadt can't do aright thing at the moment, that's true. "Forever league 3" says it all. You don't hear that often from a third league team.

good idea about the kits. I was anyway thinking of what to do next... i could do the D98 kits and then the kits of Rot-Weiß Darmstadt for derbys. hehe.

Oh, you know x.eno, i prefer making kits that aren't in the game. I make kits for teams that I add to it - only exception being Trabzonspor, but that was because EA forgot the home kit (!).
EA's Feyenoord kit is okay, I don't think mine would be significantly better, so I better don't do it.
I'm sorry, but take a look around, I can't imagine anyway that there is no Feyenoord kit in this forum.

I know what you mean, but I play with every league, so I am trying to find a way at the moment to add teams, even more work but it's 'fun' experimenting and trying to make it work.

Before I changed teams I once tried to create some for FIFA06 with a tutorial from this forum. It always crashed. Then a wise man came and told me:
"It will always crash. Don't try to create. Only god creates. Try only to change a few things to make them better, and everything will become good."

He was right. And it wasn't that much work, too. Not that I am lazy. It's just: If it takes half the time to change a team than to create, I can make twice the teams.

thanks for the darmstadt kits. the black one is the away kit. the white one they used only one time this season but mostly they wore a yellow with white shorts as third kit (away and home).

There are people in this forum who work hard on a dutch patch (they have a thread for it, I guess in the editing forum), it will contain 1. and 2. league with all teams, kits, faces, so I suggest you first look there, if you don't want to wait for the patch you can possibly ask there if the kit is already done.

Everyone who requests a kit says that. Why? I'm making the kits for me too, and also for other people who might like one of the teams and we need the team logo. kitmaking takes time and i wouldn't make kits that i have no use for or that i don't like.

About making more greek teams, sorry, at the moment i'm making national teams, i just did ofi because i wanted to make kazakhstan anyway and these kits are very similar.

Hello there! I really like the idea of having a thread for less popular kits. Can I request some more Albanian kits? Here (http://www.albaniasoccer.com/en/index.php?topmenuitem=ASL) you can find pics of the home kits of all premier division teams and some 1st division teams. I dunno why they don't have away kits there but I guess those can be seen on pictures around the website...

The priority for August are the National teams..

Oh, i just see you're new here, do you know Ockhams Career Expansion Patch? it was released for fifa06 and it contained the whole albanian league, and this patch is going to be released for 07, too, and i guess it will again contain albanian league & national team.

No problem, i'm sorry. if you don't need them for fifa07, download the cep for 06, then fshEd, export the kits by opening their fshes, and convert to manager.

without having seen it i guess that "bandage" is the captain's armband. It used to be on the older fifa's kits, if you convert them, it will be gone.

07 kits can easily be converted to 05... and 05 to 07... not really sure why it matters what game he's making them for.

Excellent, as usual August......glad you decided to stick with the yellow kit for Brunei instead of the white......and also for adding badges to the blue one......it woulda been extremely boring if left the way it appears in the photos.

the badeges and their positioning are like on the pictures of the yellow kit, so i made them the same way on the blue. i decided to use the blue one as away, though the combination of home & away is now identical to malaysia.

FYI, Malaysian kits with the tiger design have been made by tlmily for FIFA 06, right here:

Scroll down about 1/4 of the way. If you have the kit converter then you should be able to use in '07. However, the specific kits you have posted above, with the flag and not the tiger, have not been made to my knowledge.

It does not have the exact same design you posted, but it is adidas and it is similar. Again, if you have kit converters you should be able to use them in '07, if that's the game you play.

I tried the fifa 07 gameplay for fifa 06... but it didnt work... I think you're right about the gameplay though I'm getting a ton of upsets.

Hehehe....i'm not fussed at all about the back....in fact, i had no idea it was improvised. Besides, it'd probably take more time than is worth it to find a pic of the back....your version's perfect as far as i'm concerned.

I play the first half as the home team and the second half as the away team... Then I literally play every game of every teams qualification.

How would I go about modifying my gameplay as you said you have? Is it possible in 06??? Because I agree with you 100% in all aspects.

I tried it in 06, and though the values in the ini-files are there, too, it doesn't work very well. I opened ai.ini with filemaster, mofified all values that seem to be there for skill differentiation (those end with "poor", "avg", "good" and "ex") and increased the differences of the values. Then i copied the modified ai.ini to the fifa main folder and renamed it "situation.ini". I don't know why that works but I've been told so in biggy's gameplay thread (fifa07), you can also look there, but as i said, it doesn't seem to work for 06. even without that modifying the player skill differentiation is better in 07 than in 06.
The only reason i play 07.

some teams in asia have been changing their kits pretty consistantly for pretty much every tournament.

Kyrgystan and Tajikistan both competed in the ELF cup this week in different kits than those that you posted and will probably compete again soon in yet another kit so updating them THAT consistantly is absoultely inappropriate for our uses I feel.

about kyrgyzstan and syria: thank you for uploading those pictures but like liioadin and nazzy wrote it's all quite confusing in asia. it's hard to find kits from there and if you find them you often find 3 different ones. so i live with the fact that some of the kits i made are not the ones these teams will play next with. and we'll never know in most cases anyway...

I actually didn't back it up... I typically back up my entire data folder anytime I'm thinking of trying something new. Even though these files aren't in the data folder I backed that up thinking I would be fine. Was a momentary lapse of concentration.

Anyway i'm just gonna reload FIFA on my wife's comp. Export the files I need and inport them into my game... I think the problem at the moment is config.dat (or something like that) file. But it'll be a quick fix and I learned my lesson.

Now the tough question is... How do I get her off her comp? I'll have to lure her away somehow.... My savvy good looks won't do it that's for sure. I could cook something for her to coerce her out... but i dont wanna cook... Hmmm... she'd probably turn it down anyway having tasted my cooking previously....

hmm... i'll probably have to use cash... anyone have cash? can I borrow 20 bucks?

I fixed, then modified my gameplay august... I have to thank you a ton for just mentioning it in here... It was enough to get me curious and the result is excellent.

I played:

Argentina 6-0 Greneda
Greneda 1-5 Argentina

Playing as the home team first half and away team second half.

The results arent quite as lop-sided as I thought they might be but I can clearly tell there is a difference. Situation.ini worked as well.

One of the things you mentioned in the other post was that in a game against another opponent you should feel like you have no time to breathe... And often when you play a team that is considerably better than yours (as i did so often in college) you really find yourself counting to be sure they dont have 15 out there...

I took a screenshot of one of the 2 shots on target that Greneda got in game one. he literally just got this ball and you can see clearly he has no help and hes totally outnumbered 7-1 in the box. and if you zoom in I think he's crying a little bit. unfortunately photobucket won't lemmie upload the image so I can't post it.

I know this is a kit thread and most of this isn't exactly kit related but many that are coming here probably have these teams tajikistan, kyrgystan, etc in their games and may be experiencing some of the same problems. Augusts suggestions are bang on target and I thought I would share a success story and offer my gratitude simultaniously.

btw in the 1-5 game argentina missed a PK and 2 headers inside the 6.

hehe... hey wait this seems to be better working with your game than with mine! I thought it wouldn't work with 06. damn, 40 euros blown in the wind.

i remember the days when this was my biggest problem and i was asking here what to do, talking to gameplay editors, to computer specialists, until someone could help me with telling me about the situation.ini. so what i want to say is: no one, really no one cares about that. i have talked with so many people and all i got was sympathy for my funny problem. :)

it's not perfect yet but your suggestion of just creating more of a gap between poor average good excellent skill sets and such really does work. as does situation.ini. I still don't think my excellent teams are a full step up from my good teams but im working on it.

I think part of the problem is I dont know the caps for some of the values. Like

SPRINT_SPEED_POOR = 0.1
SPRINT_SPEED_AVG = 5.0
SPRINT_SPEED_GOOD = 10.0
SPRINT_SPEED_EX = 40.0

is what I got now. I don't know if the range caps out at 20 or something cause if it does and I double these values. then literally it would be read as.

poor= 0.2
average= 10.0
good=20.0
excellent=20.0

and i'm moving in the wrong direction.

But either way the biggest problem I was having (and the reason I quit playing isp 1.0 in 2005) was that the United States couldn't beat the Netherlands Antillies to make it into the Semi-finals of CONCACAF qualifying. In fact Mexico and USA both droped to the mid 40's (out of 105) and neither qualified, but St. Kitts and Nevis did. It was very frustrating and I think regardless of how this works out.. Problem solved there.

i know the problerm of not knowing if there is a range you could possibly leave and cause some values not to be read. i tried around setting it to very extreme values like 0.001 (poor) to 1,000 (ex) but it's hard to tell differences.

i think they all start at 0... but where the hell do they end? i'm trying to just modify one at a time now until I find something I like. First priority is to make the excellent even better... then work on making the poor suck more.

moreno, i'm not sure if i'll do malaysia in the next time. this kit's design is very close to tmily's design and there are lots of other teams. i got used to the fact that a lot of kits in my game are a bit different, not up to date or sometimes even fantasy. i just watched uae vs uzbekistan (asian games), and uzbekistan had puma kits (i made adidas, using real pictures) and uae wore a different adidas design than tmily made for 06. i don't think i have the time to do all those updates and changes - i'd be happy to have a nice amount of national teams in the near future.

That's really bizarre that Uzbekistan changed its kits. The adidas ones I posted for you are the current design used by many larger European teams (Finland, Romania, etc), and what's more they were literally worn 2 weeks ago, in the last Asian Cup Q vs Qatar! Go figure.....

The other strange thing is that the qatar kits have also changed. so this is the version i have seen with my own two eyes in a live coverage of qatar vs jordan (3-0) in doha:

of course cambodia has a national team. even the christmas islands have one. i found the bahrain font while looking for the original one, the puma font which is also used for the names on the back ("puma pace") but this font can't be found since it's been produced exclusively for puma. but someone in a type forum who asked for it got the answer he should try "russell square oblique" (http://www.abstractfonts.com/search/russell%2520square).

Second, I would like to make a couple of suggestions on national sides. I say suggestions because I only list these because no one has made anything for them (not this year or last). They are not requests, per say, because I don't particularly want any of them. These are just what hasn't been done before and I think would really help the community.

Since you're not really requesting kits I don't know if you need these or not, but just for the benefit of anyone interested and to save August some time on kit making, the kits shown above in bold from your post have been made either for FIFA 2005 or FIFA World Cup 2006. Anyone with kit converters should be able to make use of them. Except for the Mali kit, they have all been made within the last year, so are not that out of date (Peru and Chile were made less than 6 months ago):

Yeah, that mali kit is the one that I have had, though it is really out of date.
The Congo made by Pede are in my game as well, I would love to see some minis though.

Thanks for pointing out the chile and peru kits, I never bought the WC game so I had never thought to check out the kit threads for that game.

In general, I have much more kits for National teams than I do minikits. I only add a team if I have adequate minis, usually, because I always find kits and I can make my own logos.

Glad you like Peru and Chile....the World Cup forum was pretty good for finding national team kits, esp since that game contained only national teams - I found some other random teams on there that are sorta hard to find as well, like Guatemala, Macedonia, and Moldova.

As for minis, I still play FIFA 2005 so there aren't really many minis made for that version any more - I don't look for them much, which is why I didn't respond to any of the minikit items you pointed out.....I generally add teams and just use a logo or a flag under the creation centre where you can to import a "minikit" (I know, it's kinda crude, but i'd rather focus my attention on finding or requesting in-game kits than minkits :)).

hi tre, from the kitmakers' point of view you'll understand that i don't need minikits that much, because making a minikt for, let's say, egypt is asc much work as making the kit, too. so if i downloaded a kit and don't have a mini for it, i save time by using one of my 15 generic minis that are plain templates in different colours. doesn't look very good, but the important thing is the kit in the game. using those plain minis at least lets you know which colour the kit will have when you play with it, and that's what minis are there for.

Yeah every team you mentioned I've got a kit for in some way or another... Most are from the CEP in '06... check it out.
