It is better than ea's but why did you chose Barca there must be hundreds of them in this forum.

About the kit:

One very important thing is that the front of the kit will not appear as you make it. The upper part including the nike and barca logo will be... uhm... (oh my English)... stretched down, so you have to compress it. You will see it if you try this ingame, the logos will be on Ronaldinhos belly.

the blacks are too black
and the EPL badge is the old one (should be more centrated too)
and in the long sleeve, remember it should be on the same place it is on the short sleeve, not that low near the wrist

try looking at the tutorials in here http://www.soccergaming.tv/showthread.php?t=135959 . there are a few really good ones, like for instance how to make good lines and how to make the black color look good on the kit. also, try looking at a few at the other kits in the forum to get an idea on how other makers have their logos and their badges on the sleeves

you choose the hard kits to make first you can improve your skills by making many kits...
