It's very simple, Zidane WANTS to go himself.
His time with Juve was great but it's time for a new challenge he said.
He wants to go to Spain because he thinks it's a great League for him to develop himself even further and he says it's an honour to play for Real Madrid cause let's face it...that's the team he will play for in the coming years that's obvious!
It's a shame to see him leave Juve but he's a fantastic asset for Real :D

what club would buy him, come on they would have to sell the damn club to buy him.
