Not bad but it needs work on the eyes the eyebrows and better mapping.
And his face is too narrow make it more round :)

He looks like he is 60 years old :) Make him younger :ewan:

do some u mapping on the nose aswell put the nostrils under so he doesnt look like a pig lol ;) keep working on it mate ull be a master in no time,
