As always, I got some pb with my 2 GK file "Texture.big", every time I launch the game, it makes my game stopped and I come back to Windows...grrrrrrr...What can I do ?

I believe they've got a good texture.big file at FIFA Express.

It's not the texture.big file that gives you the problem, with some 3d cards 2gk kits doesn't work. So another texture.big doesn't help. Just use a normal texture.big, adn delete all your 2gk kits, than Fifa will be running again. The only solution for the 2gk problem is buying a new videocard, on wich 2gk kits give no problems. But I strongly recommend you to don't do this, because Fifa isn't worth that much for you I suppose.

Just buy Uefa Challenge ore wait for Champions league 2001/2002 and maybe Fifa 2002, but forget about Fifa 2001.

The only thing I ment was that the game isn't so much worth to buy another videocard so you can play with 2gk kits thats all. I did play the game a lot but now I am in my final exams at school and next week I finally wil have Uefa Challenge so for me the Fifa 2001 days are over. I'm probably going to buy Fifa 2002 though.......

Well if I look at the Uefa Challenge forum I only hear it's better than Fifa 2001, and with Fifa 2001 I really get bored after playing some matches, I win every match if I want, if I play a season with my favorite team I set a goal for myself to challenge myself, for example I want to reach 140 goals in the league. I always reach that goal, and then I don't make 140 but 160 goals. That's really boring mate. I like games especially when they got something surprisingly, not only with footies. If I play an adventure game I only play it once because then I know the story in the game and it's so easy to play the game again.

The first footie I played was Kick Off 97, and I liked the game, because all the players where graded during a match, what I really liked.
After that I played WC 98, Fifa 99, 2000, Euro 2000 and Fifa 2001, and only WC 98 and Fifa 99 where games I really enjoyed because they were new for me, so I kept discovering moves on my own. I played demo's of Actua Soccer 2, World league soccer 98 and 99. Uefa Challenge Is going to be the first full nonfifa-footiegame I will play since Kick Off 97, and I'm sure I will enjoy it too.

Unfortunatly I never played ISS, I don't have a Playstation, otherwise I certainly would have the game by now. I just hope that someday there is going to be a footie on PC that can match ISS in gameplay and Fifa in graphics and statistics.
