Do you have this same problem?

Did you run Fatbh builder after importing the kits?
Could there be another reason like installed patches, maybe one of your Zdata.big files is too big?

Sometimes my game crahes, too. How big can a zdata file maximally be? And when does the games crash because of zdata's size?

Don't import more than 500 files in a zdata.big above that it gets unstable, better is making a new zdata to put new files in.
